Cut salt to sleep better

Researchers have found out that reducing salt intake can reduce the number of toilet trips and help you sleep better at night. Lack of sleep can lead to stress, irritability and tiredness and have a negative impact on the quality of life. In older people, night time urination is a serious problem. This research of a group of 321 men and women shows that cutting the intake of salt in their diet make a remarkable difference in their sleep pattern.
