Cookbooks inaccurate on facts about food safety

A recent study has stated that even the bestselling cookbooks do no offer useful advice on food safety. The advice offered is not based on sound facts and is often inaccurate. These books teach how to cook. says Ben Chapman, senior author of a paper on the work and an associate professor of agricultural and human sciences at North Carolina State University has evaluated a total of 1497 recipes from 29 cookbooks and has arrived at this inference.
